About Us

Doncaster & Basserlaw LOC is a statutory body set up to oversee all issues relating to optometry in Doncaster & Basserlaw.

The LOC comprises Independent and Corporate Optometrists elected at the AGM. We aim to promote optometry and liaise with the appropriate bodies in the provision of optometry in Doncaster & Basserlaw. We are funded by statutory and voluntary contributions deducted from GOS (General Ophthalmic Services) sight tests in Doncaster & Basserlaw.

Our meetings are open to all Doncaster & Basserlaw Contractors and Practitioners who wish to attend.
